Our dog show

The dog show is always very popular. Come along to watch or take part. There are both pedigree and fun categories for you to enter.

Judging to start at 11.30a.m entries taken from 10.15 a.m.

(there will be a lunch break between pedigree and novelty classes 30 mins)

ENTRY FEES per class: £2.00 
Rosettes for 1st - VHC in each class. 1 – 20.

The classes will be judged by: Miss Linda Owen (GATCHINYO)

Dog show rules

NO CC Or RCC Or JUNIOR WARRANT winners: Allowed
Puppies Over 6 Calendar months only on Day Of Show. Puppies of 4 months – 6 months can enter NFC.

Pedigree classes: 1 - 7 for K C Registered dogs only. £2.00 per class

1: A.V. Puppy 6 - 12mths
2: A.V. Toy / Utility.
3: A. V. Hound/Terrier.
4: A.V. Working / Pastoral.
5: A.V. Gundog.
6. A.V. Open.
7: A.V. Veteran 7 + yrs. (Winner to challenge Winner of Class 10 for BST Vet in Show).
BIS, RBIS, & BP from the above classes.

Novelty / Fun classes for all dogs . £2.00 Per Class.

8: Fancy Dress, (theme: Biscuits)
9: Cutest Puppy Over 6Mths ( puppies 4mths - 6mths may enter NFC)
10: Best Veteran 7yrs & Over (Non Pedigree)
11: Best Local Dog / Bitch residing within 10 mls of the show,
12: A Junior Handler 6yrs – 11yrs
12: B Junior Handler 12yrs – 16yrs ( may be one class depending on entries)
13: Adult Handling 17yrs + winner of 12A 12B & 13 to challenge for best
Handler. 14: The Dog Most Like its owner.
15: Best 6 Legs
16: Family Team 3 or more from the same household.
17: Best Party Trick.
18: Best Rescue
19: Best Short Coat
20: Best Long Coat.
21: Dog the judge would like to Take Home.
22. Dogs Not having Won a Prize today. Classes 8 - 21
Best Novelty: All first prize winners from Classes 8 - 22.
Best Overall Handler from Classes 12A, 12B, 13.
N B. The Winner of B I S , R B I S, or B P I S, Pedigree CANNOT compete further in Novelty Classes.
